What is being subsidised? How high is the funding?

100 % subsidy for course costs excl. VAT up to a maximum of 3,000 euros per apprentice over the entire training period at a training company for:

👉 Preparatory courses for supplementary examinations or for the theoretical apprenticeship-leave exam

👉 Tutoring courses at compulsory school level
(German, English, living foreign language or mother tongue for apprentices with migration background)

How high is the subsidy? What is being funded?

75% of the course costs excl. VAT up to max. 2,000 euros per apprentice over the entire training period in a training company or max. 20,000 euros per calendar year and training company (from 40 apprentices 22,000 euros, for every additional 10 apprentices the cap increases by 2,000 euros) for:

Written communication internal & external (e.g. e-mail to colleagues, reports & documentation, offers/invoices, order processing, …
