Our common journey starts as follows:
1. Find open position
When you apply, it is important that you are clear about your area of interest and your desired field of activity. If you have any questions, we will be happy to inform you by phone or answer them by e-mail.
2. Send application
We look forward to receiving your documents. As soon as you have sent them to us, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your e-mail.
We need some time to read your documents carefully or to discuss them in our office. Please feel free to contact us with your inquiry about the current state of affairs at the telephone number given directly in the advertisement.
3. Review of the documents
Since we weigh all possibilities of a possible cooperation, a feedback can take some time.
If we are not able to offer you a suitable position at the moment, e.g. because we are not currently looking for a person in your residential environment, we are still interested in your experience. Therefore we ask you to keep your documents for a longer period of time so that we can contact you again, or we ask you to follow up our job offers.
4. First telephone conversation
In order to be able to clarify any questions in advance, we will gladly contact you by telephone.
If you have convinced us, you will receive an invitation to a personal interview.
As a first step in getting to know you personally, we prefer the classic job interview and invite you to interviews with the future team leaders or a colleague from the HR department.
6. Work sample
In order to be able to understand and coordinate our working methods, we will ask you for a small sample of work corresponding to your position after a positive interview – for both sides. This should take less than 1 hour for you.
7. Acceptance or rejection
In your and our interest we will make our decision as quickly as possible. In any case, we will inform you about the outcome of your application, no matter whether we make you an offer, cancel it or keep you on file for the next opportunity.
