Do you have international guests but not speak their language?
We help to ensure that conference attendees understand everything properly – in their own native language.
We interpret for our customers at conferences (simultaneous interpreting with booth technology) and events (with whispering or tour guide equipment or consecutively).
In addition, we arrange experienced court interpreters and interpret into all languages for public services – mainly into Western European languages.
We are also happy to interpret at technical training courses and seminars for your staff or managers. If needed, we can provide colleagues abroad.
To do this, we always choose the interpreters from our team who have the most experience in your specialist area. We are also happy to provide deployments of several weeks.
Whether headsets, interpreting booths, tour guide equipment for whispered interpreting, PA systems, microphones or loudspeakers: we organise bespoke equipment for your event.
We provide you with the very latest equipment, infrared, fully digital, 100% reliable and practice-tested.
When you book our interpreting technology, our trained and professional technicians are available to you for the entire duration of your event, handling every situation skilfully and calmly.
Above all, the technology must be something you can rely on in these situations.
German, English, French, Italian, Spanish …all language combinations
COSTS of INTERPRETING
Regardless of duration, we generally charge a daily rate for conference interpreting. Any ancillary costs (e.g. travel and meal expenses) are added to this. It is handled this way because conference interpreting always requires thorough preparation.
This usually takes several hours or days and this time is also taken into account in the daily rate, together with the time for travel to and from the event.
Because of the travel and preparation time, it is not possible for the interpreter to undertake other work on the same day as the deployment and this also is why a daily rate is always charged.
The only exception is for deployments to courts or public services, for which there are very frequently short deployments and charging on an hourly basis is normal.
