These Business English Communication Units are designed for business people who want to improve aspects of their business English such as fluency, confidence and generally become more effective speakers.
The training will cover skills such as effective communication, direct versus diplomatic English, agreeing and disagreeing, expressing opinions, giving and receiving feedback and intercultural communication.
Relevant grammar is discussed and practiced in the context of the units. Students will learn to use useful phrases and language elements, strategies and techniques.
The aim of the lessons is that you know how to help yourself in the above mentioned situations and that you can talk to the local people if necessary.
Small talk also plays an extremely important role in business. Using exercises and role-plays, conversations are practised so that you can make it easier for you when you really need it.
